Drs Richards and Jones are both involved with the ‘Lovewise’ initiative, a new project designed to send presenters into schools and youth groups to teach the Christian perspective on love, sex and relationships. In this booklet they clearly spell out the message of the Bible and confirm it with personal testimonies and medical detail. No punches are pulled, but the tone of the book is compassionate rather than judgemental. While the style makes few concessions to a potential teenage readership, the more ‘bookish’ adolescent could probably cope. It would also be useful for personal work and for group discussion.
