The Changing Lanes evangelistic course is perfectly shaped for the youth audience it is aimed at.
Watching the videos made me want to show it to all the young people I know straight away! Each of the seven video episodes gives a clear gospel presentation in a short, engaging and well produced film. There are useful pauses for questions and study of Bible passages.
Careful thought has gone into engaging young sceptics by anticipating some of the defeater beliefs young people will have right at the start of the film and then getting them talking about the issue.
What is also great to see is how the timeless content of the gospel outline, which Changing Lanes shares with many other evangelistic presentations, has an energy and youthfulness that presents the life, truth and joy of Jesus to its target audience. The seven films are available to view on the website www.chang-inglanes.org.uk and the films are supported by a handbook and short paperback.
The website also has a self study option and information about running the course. The resources on their own don’t delve into great detail but with wise leadership and time spent preparing the Bible studies, the course offers plenty of navigation tools to enable people to change lanes for eternal life.
