Jordan Brown reviews the UCCF: The Christian Unions' website.

UCCF is “passionate about students reaching students with the good news of Jesus.”

I’ve always loved seeing students on fire for Jesus, so spending time on the UCCF website was really encouraging. The focus is clear: helping Christian students live and speak for Christ at university. It’s simple and easy to navigate and displays its vision and purpose.

What struck me most was its practicality. If you are newly starting uni, there’s direction to help you find a Christian Union and get involved. If you have already begun your studies, you can access training and resources to help you feel more confident in witness to others and sharing your faith.

I was also interested to learn about their graduate discipleship year, Relay. It shows that UCCF are not only interested in reaching students but in activating God-honouring disciples for life who’ll serve wherever God sends them. There is also a section detailing freshers’ getaways. Freshers’ Week is littered with temptation and sinful behaviour. An alternative to that would be a welcome relief to many Christian students! There are also resources for Christian Unions.

The website encouraged me. It’s not just information – it’s an encouragement to be a part of what God is doing among students today.
