On 28 January Bethlehem Chapel in Richmond celebrated 220 years of God’s faithfulness and the public recognition of their new pastor Robert Goodgame.
Dominic Stockford preached on Jeremiah 20.9, calling on God’s ministers and people to have the fire of God’s Word burning in them in order to live a life dedicated to following Jesus regardless of the cost.
Robert Goodgame is married to Charlotte and they have two children, Karis and Sophia. Robert is currently studying with the Christian Ministry Training Course (www.cmtc.org.uk).
Oldest Independent in London
Believed to be the oldest Independent Free Church in West London, a brief history of the chapel was given at the service, which was attended by around 80 people. The church meets each Sunday at 11am and each Thursday at 8pm. For further details visit www.bethlehem-chapel.org
