Living Leadership is to welcome Paul Coulter as its new Head of Ministry Operations, it was announced in May.
Paul moves from Belfast Bible College where he has taught practical theology and missiology for the past six years.
Paul left his initial career in medicine to become a cross-cultural pastor before mov-ing into theological education. He will be based in Northern Ireland, and will help extend Living Leadership’s ministries to additional churches in the UK and Ireland, as well as overseeing the development of new initiatives and online resources

Living Leadership serves churches by encouraging and equipping leaders to be disciples and make disciples. Among its initiatives are the Pastoral Refreshment Conference, Formation junior leaders’ conferences and Formation School in Southampton.
