Union School of Theology’s ministry report published in December showed that 25% of graduates in 2019 were church planters.
£461,000 of funds have been distributed to church planting projects. Over the past three years, 111 projects have been supported in countries including Albania, Germany, Greece, Serbia and North Macedonia. There has also been a partnership developed with 20schemes in Edinburgh.
As part of a long-term collaboration, gospel workers from 20schemes are currently studying, with the aim of planting healthy churches in deprived housing estates (schemes) across Scotland.
