A pioneering Scottish church planting initiative is hoping to establish three new congregations.

Ben Hansen of 20Schemes writes: ‘Almost one third of Glasgow’s population resides within the top 10% of Scotland’s most deprived areas.

‘That’s a staggering number. Not only are Glasgow’s schemes (housing estates) some of the most deprived in Scotland, the city is also home to over 100 schemes. And, as is true in schemes across Scotland, very few gospel-preaching churches exist in these communities.
