The Church of England Evangelical Council (CEEC) is adding another new face to its expanding leadership team.

John Dunnett will take on a new full-time role as CEEC Strategy and Operations Director from February.

He joins recently-appointed National Director, Keith Sinclair, and Co-Chairs Ed Shaw and Lis Goddard, as well as more longstanding President, Julian Henderson.

CEEC member Stephen Hofmeyr QC explained that the president, chairs, secretary and treasurer are the trustees and directors of the charity. A CEEC spokeswoman said Sinclair was ‘leading the team, providing support to diocesan evangelical fellowships, and galvanising the CEEC networks and supporters’ while Dunnett would ‘help CEEC to develop, implement and maintain an overall strategic plan and will be the central point of reference’.
