'A wonderful picture of gospel partnership'

Ro Mody, new Director of the North West Gospel Partnership

The North West Gospel Partnership Conference in Wigan was a joyful day of meeting together with almost 600 brothers and sisters to enjoy teaching and fellowship.

The day was for all ages which meant church families could come and learn together from God’s Word. The morning sessions were blessed with Tim Chester’s clear, faithful and warm teaching on God’s Fatherly love for His people. Tim showed from Galatians 4 that God not only makes us His children but He wants us to know and experience His love for us.

After lunch, updates on various ministries across the North West were shared under the headline aims of the partnership: plant, revitalise, persevere, mature and train. This is always a highlight of the conference, and it was humbling to hear how the Lord is graciously at work through his faithful servants, many persevering in the face of discouragement and opposition. Times of prayer gave an opportunity to commit to our heavenly Father the ministries and needs that had been raised.
