Daylight Prison Volunteers and Staff from around the UK have gathered at King’s Church, Flitwick for their annual meeting.
The event was a time of sharing best practice as well as fellowship, worship, prayer and testimony, Between them, the attendees could testify to God’s grace enabling them to minister for more than 250 years in some 50 prisons.
A member of the Daylight Christian Prison Trust states: "Hugo Heij preached on Elijah, Peter and Jesus to encourage us in our service and as we sang to close it sounded like there were 400 voices not just 40; the sense of joy and blessing was palpable."
