Dear Editor,
For Chris Wright (‘Word on the world’ en January 2018), the Lord’s Prayer is about politics now, but I agree with Martin Luther (sermon on Luke 21). ‘Your kingdom come’ means ‘Come soon, Lord Jesus’. Christ alone can make a new Earth. At his return, he will burn up the Fall (death and evil) and restore the good beginning of Genesis 1 (2 Peter 3).
