Paul Blackham’s article on Transparency (January en) is timely and thoughtful, but opens a juicy can of worms.
One person’s full and frank confession might look like gross violation of privacy to others involved, or even defamation.
And also admission of liability – kiss goodbye to your insurance! Someone should write a book on all this. Have they?
