What is a nation?

As the debate over the united nations of Europe floods our media, Jim Sayers asks a pertinent question.

2016 is the year for the  people of Britain to think hard about nationhood.

As we head towards a referendum on Britain’s EU membership on 23 June and as the outcome of this could precipitate a further independence referendum in Scotland, it is vitally important to think through how the Bible defines nationhood.
