There are many questions which Christians face once they get into conversation with a non-Christian friend about their faith.

These are not always easy to answer 'off the cuff'. This Australian video and workbook seeks to train the Christian to respond positively to 17 common questions about Christianity. These questions include: How do I know God exists? Is the New Testament reliable? Aren't all people basically good? What about people who have never heard of Jesus? And what about other religions? So this is fundamental stuff, but very brief.

The method of teaching is that we are encouraged to watch the video and make notes of what is said to us in the workbook and then summarise the answer in our own words. The video consists of talking heads including Kirsten Birkett, Kel Richards and John Chapman.

Overall, this is a very helpful resource. The first 'talking head' which deals with 'How' to answer questions gives a thoughtful exposition of 1 Peter 3.15. However, the science segment tends to avoid the evolution issue and takes a strictly complementarian view of science and faith, such that no scientific theory can ever impinge on spiritual matters. Many Christians will find this aspect disappointing. Also the lack of Scripture references is an unfortunate oversight.
