Executive director Des Starritt said: ‘We sense a duty to stand with the Jewish people and present a clear Christian voice that is based upon the biblical foundation that Christians should love and support the Jewish people.’
CUFI has produced a 42-page campaign booklet, highlighting examples of anti-Semitic incidents so far in 2015 in the UK and Europe and explaining how Christians should respond. It also provides a number of ways people can take action.
The official UK launch event of Christians United for Israel took place on 20 June in central London.
