The Christian Medical Fellowship has launched gender identity and trans identification ‘quick guides’ aimed at parents, youth workers, professionals and pastors.

They are resources for Christians which explain the terms used and some of the complex gender-related issues in the world of medicine, bioethics, and healthcare.

Crucially, they explain how to take a Biblical approach to the issues. For example, the guide for parents sets out suggested steps if a child is questioning their gender; and youth workers are encouraged to listen to the child concerned, to use common sense and engage with parents.

100 recognised genders

Meanwhile, the Civil Service is reportedly promoting radical gender ideology to its staff. A Daily Telegraph investigation has revealed that staff were told by human resources that there are more than 100 recognised gender identities in the Civil Service.

A whistleblower told the Telegraph that ‘staff are permitted to self-identify their gender without any medical input and regardless of biological sex’. These so-called genders were said to include ‘omnigender, pangender, two spirit, demigender and gender outlaw’. Employees were expected to use gender-neutral terms such as ‘ze’ and ‘zir’ for non-binary employees.

The Department for Health and Social Care were reported to have said that people deliberately referring to a transgender or non-binary person according to their biological sex could face disciplinary action.
