Norfolk: ‘Eternity in our hearts’

Four hundred women from more than 70 churches gathered to worship and hear from God’s word at the second annual Norfolk Gospel Partnership’s Women’s Conference.

The theme of the conference was ‘Eternity in our Hearts: Wisdom from Ecclesiates’ and was led by Karen Soole, author of Liberates: How the Bible Exalts and Dignifies Women.

‘Norfolk is a county where people can often feel geographically isolated, yet there are so many faithful churches serving their communities and reaching people with the gospel,’ said Bev Dubberley, chair of the Planning Team. ‘It has been really exciting to gather together with so many women from across the region’.

First-time attendee Sue Head said: ‘Spending the day with 400 women from all walks of life was so uplifting. Next year’s date is already in the diary.’

Next year’s conference is scheduled for 24 January, 2026.
