£40m Christian landmark near Birmingham on track

A simulation of what the finished landmark will look like

Plans are moving ahead for the creation of Europe’s largest Christian landmark, which will be erected near Birmingham.

The first section of the "Eternal Wall of Answered Prayer" has been completed at a purpose-built factory in Portugal. It is the first of 188 concrete segments that will make up the massive Möbius strip, which will be erected in Coleshill, near Birmingham.

The £40m monument will be constructed from one million bricks, each digitally linked to a testimony of answered prayer, which visitors can scan with their phone to discover stories in written, audio and video format.
