The Passion for Evangelism: Finding Your Voice Day held recently in Scotland brought together women from across the country to be equipped, encouraged, and empowered to share the gospel message—especially in the lead-up to Christmas.
Hosted by Passion for Evangelism, the event focused on helping women craft and deliver evangelistic talks with clarity, creativity, and conviction. A highlight was the small group workshops, where each participant shared a talk and received constructive feedback.
The atmosphere was one of mutual support, spiritual growth, and boldness, as women discovered and refined their unique voices. The day was marked by a deep sense of urgency and compassion for the lost. As Rachel Sloan reminded attendees: “We need to care enough about the lost to take them the message that there is someone there to lead them and guide them.”
The event also emphasised the simplicity and trust involved in sharing the gospel. Karen Clark encouraged women with the words: “In Mark [chapter four], we see that the farmer sows the seeds and then he goes and sleeps, the seed spreads and grows and that is God's work. We can sow the seed, knowing that God will do the rest, and then we can rest.”
The impact was deeply personal for many. One guest shared, “It really gave me the confidence and genuinely felt like I found my voice.”
With a growing need for female voices in evangelism, Finding Your Voice Day offered not just training but a community of support and a renewed vision for sharing Christ in everyday life. Many left the day not only with a message prepared, but with hearts stirred to speak boldly and trust God with the results.
