August’s front-page article on Rico Tice is very welcome. He is a man of great courage and a standard-bearer for upholding Scripture. As indeed are Vaughan Roberts and Sam Allberry.
It does seem that the CofE is going with the flow towards our secular society which deems that all is permitted without consequences. This is a major issue caused by a very small minority, but with a big and powerful voice. Once you make your views known, one becomes a target .
The good news of the gospel is for everyone, and none should be excluded. As same-sex relationship is now legal, respect should be given to the law of the land, unless one deems to change it. However, one doesn’t have to agree, and should be allowed to disagree, if it conflicts with Scripture. Yours sincerely,
