Re the picture of Trinity College and Jim Packer (September en) I am fourth from the right on the back row.
It was a privilege to be taught by the likes of J.I. Packer, Alec Motyer, Joyce Baldwin.
I went to Clifton Theological College in 1970 and was there when the three Bristol colleges came together to form Trinity.
I had J.I. Packer for doctrine and Christian ethics. He had a brilliant mind and had the gift of making complex things sound so simple and straightforward.
