Dear Editor,
Dr Langberg’s heartfelt article ‘What does heaven do with dungeons?’ has an urgent message for all of us who claim to be Christians. We need to share the anguish and misery of our fellow humans who are not treated as human beings, who are ‘despised and rejected of men’.
How can church doctrines be so important, compared with concern and love for our fellow humans, by means of which we come to love God our Father, through His Son the Lord Jesus Christ, who became as a criminal for us on the cross?
We need to disown all divisions and acrimony between the differing Christian churches, for the sake of our Saviour Jesus Christ, His church and His gospel.
