Dear Editor,
There is an assumption in our society, and the media in particular, that everyone has – and uses – a computer and gets all the information they want online!
I draw your attention to page 3 of July’s en regarding the ongoing investigation into alleged harm at an OMF school. In the last paragraph, anyone affected by events at the school, and/or who has any information, is invited to make contact by using only a computer address. The same applies to the short article on page 5 about St Ebbe’s, Oxford.
Please remember that there is still a sizeable number in our population who do not have the technological means! I just hope all your writers will remember that there are many ways that God has given for us to communicate with each other, and digital is only one of them!
Yours sincerely,
Michael Owen, Bolton, Lancs
