Tears to Dancing is a good, easy read for young teenager girls. It is fiction, but is true to life.
It is a heart-wrenching story of a 14-year-old girl whose idyllic life is changed for ever. Despite her broken heart and shattered dreams, she is presented with the gospel of the living Lord Jesus not just in the words of her aunt, but also in the example that she lives out in her life to her broken niece.
Although this book is set in a typical North American environment, the writing style is good. The whole book sets out to show the love of the Lord Jesus in all aspects of life and presents his claims on our lives today.
An excellent Sunday School prize or Christmas stocking filler!
